The promise

Every detail of Linen Lab has been designed to turn overwhelm into calm confidence.

Palette matching, sizing, venue delivery, and returns are handled as one guided system, so the table looks intentional without asking you to become a linen expert.

01 / Pre-event stressthe enemy

If something here
sounds familiar,
you’re not alone.

It’s not wedding stress in general. It’s the specific weight of caring deeply about something no one taught you to do. We named it so we could fix it.

01

30 tabs open, still no answers.

More research, more options, more hours, and somehow less certainty than when you started.

02

Almost-right results.

Everything looks fine on its own — but together, something's slightly off and you can't name it.

03

Pinterest, untranslated.

Beautiful references that don't survive contact with a real venue, real tables, real guests.

04

Rules no one explains.

Color matching, table proportions, fabric weight — unspoken standards that everyone judges.

05

Too many options.

Twelve shades of cream, eight runner sizes, four edge finishes — and no framework for picking.

06

Decisions you can't trust.

You care how it looks. You don't have professional training to back up your instincts.

07

The vision–execution gap.

You can see the wedding clearly. There's no way to know if what you build will match it.

08

Caring without control.

The weight of wanting it to be beautiful, with no system to make sure it actually is.

We don't simplify decisions. We remove the risk of getting them wrong.

Every palette is pre-matched. Every size is named in real numbers, not industry codes. We do the matching before you ever see it.

GUIDED ORDERING

The Linen Lineup

A guided ordering workspace that turns colors, tables, and quantities into one clear plan before anything ships.

Start The Linen Lineup
  1. 01
    Color-matched from the start

Start with a dress name, saved palette, or the shade you already know. Linen Lab keeps every selection tied to the colors you approved.

  2. 02
    Tables in plain English

Build by ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, or any sub-event, then choose products and quantities without industry codes.

  3. 03
    A plan you can review

See the lineup before you order, export it when you need a copy, and hand off with confidence.

02 / The systemhow it works

Three steps.
No second-guessing.

Years of professional wedding design, turned into three decisions any bride can make — confidently and quickly.

Wedding color palette swatches in warm neutral tones
Step 01 — Tell us your colors

Pick a palette, not a pixel.

Send your palette — a dress name, a saved pin, a hex. Browse our full digital swatch library and compare any shade against your dress, right on screen. No color codes, no guessing.

Round reception table dressed with a floor-length tablecloth and napkins
Step 02 — Tell us your tables

Sizes in plain English.

"60-inch round, seats 8" — not "TR-12-RND." We size in the language you already use and do the math on drop, overhang, and quantity for you.

Pressed linens folded and ready to lay on the table
Step 03 — We deliver to your venue

Pressed, inspected, handled.

Every piece arrives ready to lay straight on the table — with a prepaid return label in the box. Set up, celebrate, send it back.

linen education

Not All Linens Are Created Equal

The difference between good enough and intentional usually shows up in the places a product photo cannot explain: undertone, fabric weight, table drop, and how the shade behaves next to your dress color.

Linen Lab starts with a color-true digital swatch library and matching tools, then narrows the options before you are asked to choose. You see linens organized by how they behave in a real wedding plan, not just by SKU.

  • Undertone

A cream can read yellow, gray, pink, or bone once it sits next to a dress. We match the family first, then the shade.

  • Scale

The same fabric changes when it moves from a folded swatch to a full table. Drop, overhang, and room lighting all matter.

  • Finish

Texture and sheen decide whether a table feels soft, crisp, formal, or relaxed before the flowers ever arrive.

proof of standard

A higher standard than a single local market can usually hold.

After 25 years inside wedding design, Joelee built Linen Lab around the after-hours pattern she kept seeing: capable self-planners doing professional-level work without the professional system. The answer is a digital-first, ship-and-return rental model that keeps the standard consistent beyond a single local market.

25 years
Wedding-design decisions translated into plain-language guidance.
Ship-and-return
Venue delivery, prepaid return label, and no laundering on your side.
Beyond local
One consistent matching standard instead of whatever one nearby shelf has left.
  • The design layer comes first.

Color, table shape, fabric behavior, and quantity are treated as connected decisions before the order is assembled.

  • The logistics are part of the promise.

The rental flow is built around delivery to the venue and a prepaid return label, so the standard does not depend on a local errand.

  • The credit stays with you.

The system does the matching and guardrails quietly. The finished table still feels like your call, not someone else taking over.

rent vs buy

Rent what the wedding needs. Return what it does not.

For one-day tables, renting well is often the smarter choice: you get linens sized to the plan, pressed before they leave us, and table-ready when they reach the venue, without buying a stack you have to store, launder, or resell afterward.

Our sustainability claim stays specific: the rental model keeps event linens in circulation and builds the return step into the order. You use what the wedding needs, pack it back with the prepaid return label, and skip the post-event laundry project.

04 / What we believeour beliefs

Beautiful weddings
shouldn't be gatekept
by planners.

Five public convictions, each tied to an action: turn overwhelm into calm confidence, protect her taste, and make design-level guidance available without a planner gatekeeping it.

01

The middle market deserves beauty.

So we build with the same design integrity as luxury — but with plain-language guidance, transparent pricing, and an experience that never makes you feel out of your depth.

02

Planning your own wedding isn't settling.

So every part of the service is built to validate the self-planning identity. You should feel more capable after using us, not less.

03

Wedding planning shouldn't feel like a second job.

So we strip out every unnecessary step between you and a beautiful result. Pre-match, pre-coordinate, pre-solve — the hardest part is already done before the box arrives.

04

Gathering is a social good.

So every touchpoint is built to remove steps, not add them. If you have to open a new tab, compare three options, or google a term — we've failed.

05

The credit is always yours.

When the table looks stunning, that’s your result. We just give you the system behind it. "I nailed it." Not "they saved me."

08 / Free guide

Send me the sizing guide.

The 10-page reference built to turn table-size overwhelm into calm confidence: real numbers, real tables, real overhang.

No spam, no upsells. One email with a direct guide link.
09 / FAQ

Questions, plainly answered.

Will the colors actually match?

That is the whole point of what we do. Send us your palette — even a bridesmaid dress name or a photo — and we match your linens to it across more than 200 shades. If a shade is close rather than exact, we tell you before you order, so there are no surprises at the venue.

What if it looks different in person than on my screen?

Screens lie, so we do not ask you to trust one. Start a free consultation and we will confirm the match against real references — like the Azazie or Birdy Grey color you are working from — before anything ships.

Will the linens arrive wrinkled?

No. Everything is pressed and inspected before it leaves us, and it arrives ready to lay straight onto the table. You should not have to track down a steamer the morning of your wedding.

What happens if something spills or tears?

Weddings are messy and we plan for it. Normal wear, small spills, and the occasional drop of wine are expected and covered — you are not on the hook for a glass of red.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price you see covers the linens and the coordination. Delivery to your venue and the prepaid return label are spelled out up front, so the number you approve is the number you pay.

How far ahead should I order?

About two weeks before your date is plenty, and earlier is always welcome. It gives us room to match, press, and deliver without anyone rushing — including you.
